Vinus® is a web based time attendance management system provided by Business Development center of Link Systems Company. The version 2.0 consists of a commonly needed tasks to record, process and store personnel time attendance. Vinus® 2.0 provides all facilities to set the business parameters like users’ authentications, departments parameters, employees work profiles, leave types, permissions and exceptions, holidays, and shifts. The system allows the user to manage and assign shifts to the employees and to schedule the shifts for a set of employees.

The reporting competence is one of the great capabilities of Vinus®. Such capability permits to generate individual and departmental detailed reports about absentee list, late comers, early leavers, leave details, overtime and monthly summary. Vinus ® provides the facility to issue the reports in a particular date range for individuals and departments. The complete software is customizable to fit individual business criteria’s. The software can be tailored either to provide additional reports or to adjust existing reports.

Vinus® Releases

Vinus® is offered in three releases to meet the requirements of small, midrange, and large businesses to provide powerful time attendance control and evaluation. Vinus® supports various time attendance terminals with a wide range of features and functionalities. In plus, Vinus® time attendance software can be integrated to any HR or payroll system to provide detailed outcomes and reports about the attendance performance of each registered employee and business member.
