Support to our customers don’t stop by signing contracts. Our maintenance and support aims to improve the quality of the relationship with our clients and customers. Our support starts by installation phase and evolves during further phases.

We provide on-site and on-line support services with remote access to all support information including troubleshooting, patches, run-time exceptions, and version control. In plus, an FTP based service is provided for patch and upgrade downloads, a remote support is also provided for the installation for patches, upgrades installations, and troubleshooting.
